Leaderpromos brand experts attended this week’s Summit & Salute in New Orleans—an annual WBENC event.

The event serves Certified Women Business Enterprises (WBEs) and supplier diversity professionals to encourage business networking opportunities, educate attendees about best business practices and honor the progression of women leaders in various industries nationwide.

Leaderpromos is a proud WBENC business, owned and led by Stephanie Leader, who started the company after securing a small-business loan directly after independently paying for and earning her college degree. During the past 20-plus years, Stephanie has since grown Leaderpromos to the Top 50 National Distributor status year after year.  

“Join forces. Succeed together.” This was the event tagline and a mantra that Stephanie firmly believes. Leaderpromos reinforces our WBENC status to support our partners’ diversity-spend requirements. Leaderpromos also believes in providing other minority businesses with opportunities to prosper. Our team has experience with the diverse-supplier purchasing process and is committed to prioritizing diverse vendors whenever possible. We have access to more than 500 minority-owned suppliers and provide Tier II purchasing reports to our partners.

Stephanie and the Leaderpromos team salute WBENC during it’s 20th anniversary year and look forward to continual advancement for women business in every industry, everywhere.
