In the past, this meant any drawing, photo, illustration or lettering suitable for photographic reproduction. It now means artwork (generally vector-based) that is ready for imprint without modification.
There are two different kinds of graphic files used by computers: "bitmap" art and "vector" art. Bitmap art includes almost every file type there is: .BMP, .GIF, .JPG or .JPEG, .PCX — and the list goes on! Vector file formats include .EPS and the files created and manipulated by professional drawing software products such, Adobe Illustrator® and Corel Draw®.

Leaderpromos offers a wide range of services including pick/pack, assembly, fulfillment and shipping services.
Minimum order sizes vary based on the product ordered. Minimum-quantity order is considered to be the first quantity listed in product price breakdown.
There is, however, a minimum dollar amount that must be met on orders. In order to meet the needs of all customers, we will service orders with "less-than-minimum" quantities. When orders total less than $300, excluding shipping and taxes, a $50 "less-than-minimum fee" will be added. This fee will be waived if you are placing several orders at the same time that total at least $750. In some cases, factory less-than-minimum charges may be additional. An order processing charge of $10 will be added to all blank merchandise orders less than $300.
We apologize for any inconvenience that this policy may cause, but customization is costly and complex. To prevent additional charges, we would encourage you to order more than the required minimum quantities to be used for your future events.
Yes! The higher the quantity ordered, the lower the price will be per piece.
Most definitely. We have access to more than a million different promotional products. We offer so many; they won't all fit on our website! So, if you have seen a product on another site, just ask! We'll get it for you!

We are happy to provide samples to customers and prospective customers! However, at our discretion, we reserve the right to decline questionable or non-business sample requests.
Occasionally, some samples may also require a refundable security deposit. Your Leaderpromos account representive can provide more information.

A pre-production sample is the exact product and imprint color of the product you will be receiving from the factory.
All leaderpromos.com orders are shipped FOB (freight on board). Because all of our merchandise is sent factory-direct, leaderpromos.com is not responsible for orders that are lost or delayed by common carrier, international or U.S. Customs departments or by "acts of nature." We are happy to provide you with tracking numbers so that you can check your order as it is in transit. Leaderpromos.com insures all orders unless otherwise specified by the customer.
We can also split shipments to different cities or branch locations. Ask your Leaderpromos account representative for details.
Rush production and shipping is available for many of our items, often at little or no additional cost. Look for the one or three-day rush options or ask your Leaderpromos rep about expediting your order.
Leaderpromos.com can accommodate international orders and they are shipped through the international divisions of UPS, Federal Express and LTL. Larger international orders are handled by our in-house import team utilizing ocean or express air freight.
