Leaderpromos makes 2016 "Top Workplaces" program

Leaderpromos is proud to have again made the rankings of the respected Columbus C.E.O. Magazine Top Workplaces program for 2016.

The program measures workplace factors that significantly impact career satisfaction such as company direction and values, employee training, work/life balance, relationships with managers, employee engagement and pay and benefits.

More than 1,000 central Ohio employers with 50 to 124 employees were eligible. Leaderpromos is proudly No. 70 of all contenders.

Employee survey firm WorkplaceDynamics is responsible for conducting the Top Workplaces program. WorkplaceDynamics CEO Doug Claffey says his firm’s research has shown employees in top workplaces share “…a strong belief in where the organization is headed, how it’s going to get there and the feeling that everyone is in it together.”
