What is "camera-ready" art?
In the past, this meant any drawing, photo, illustration or lettering suitable for photographic reproduction. It now means artwork (generally vector-based) that is ready for imprint without modification.

What is vector art?
There are two different kinds of graphics files used by computers, "bitmap" art, and "vector" art. Bitmap art includes almost every file type there is: .BMP, .GIF, .JPG or .JPEG, .PCX — and the list goes on! Vector file formats include .EPS and the files created and manipulated by professional drawing software products such, Adobe Illustrator®, and Corel Draw®.

What type of file should I send?
You need to send a vectored .EPS file. Please call 1-877-677-9988 and a customer service representative will be happy to assist you.

How do I get custom artwork for my project?
Our in-house art department can handle your custom artwork from start to finish. Call 1-877-677-9988 and speak with one of our knowledgeable account representatives. They will give you all the details on custom artwork and connect you with our art department. See our "Promotional Products in Action" for examples of our custom work.

What is the charge for art services?
Every project is different and art itself varies from basic to complex. We'll take a look at your art and provide you with a custom quote for services.

How long does it take for artwork design?
We strive to complete your artwork design as fast as possible to keep your project on track and on deadline. Please call us and we'll get your artwork design on the fast-track!

Can leaderpromos.com design a logo for me?
Yes! We have a full service art department that can design a high quality logo or art work to make you look like a star.

What fulfillment services does leaderpromos.com offer?
Leaderpromos.com specializes in complete fulfillment services for your online store. We ship all orders from our warehouse and maintain a 99% fill rate on all stock items.


Is there a minimum order size?
Minimum order sizes vary based on the product ordered. Minimum quantity order is considered to be the first quantity listed in product price breakdown.

There is, however, a minimum dollar amount that must be met on orders. In order to meet the needs of all customers we will service orders with "less than minimum" quantities. When orders total less than $300.00, excluding shipping and taxes, a $50.00 "less than minimum fee" will be added. This fee will be waived if you are placing several orders at the same time that total at least $750. In some cases, factory less than minimum charges may be additional. An order processing charge of $10 will be added to all blank merchandise orders under $300.

We apologize for any inconvenience this policy may cause, but customization is costly and complex. To prevent additional charges we would encourage you to order above the required minimum quantities to be used for your future events.

Is there a discount for large quantities?
Yes! The higher the quantity ordered the lower the price per piece will be.

I saw a product that I like on another Web site; can I get it from leaderpromos.com?
Most definitely. We can get over a million different promotional products. We offer so many; they won't all fit on our web site! So, if you have seen a product on another site, just ask! We'll get it for you!

I placed an online order, now what?
Leaderpromos.com will be in contact with you, usually within one hour during our normal business hours, to guide you through the next steps and to answer any questions you may have.

Yes! We are a recognized industry leader with proven results. We have established relationships with all major product vendors and can source products globally to take advantage of world-wide price efficiencies. We will provide a dedicated account team for your program and will adhere to your brand standards and control the usage of your brand. We will ship on your freight number to control freight costs and can track products through the entire order and delivery process.

How can I get a quote?
It's easy! Just contact us with the product(s) and quantities you need and we'll prepare a custom quote for you.


How do I get a sample?
We are happy to provide samples to customers and prospective customers! We're proud of our products and we are happy to share samples of them with you. However, at our discretion, leaderpromos.com reserves the right to decline questionable or non-business sample requests.

Occasionally, some samples may also require a refundable security deposit. Your Leaderpromos account rep can provide more information.

What is a pre-production sample?
A pre-production sample is the exact product and imprint color of the product you will be receiving from the factory.

Shipping Information

How does leaderpromos.com ship merchandise?
All leaderpromos.com orders are shipped FOB (freight on board). Because all of our merchandise is sent factory direct, leaderpromos.com is not responsible for orders that are lost or delayed by common carrier, international or US Customs departments, or by 'acts of nature'. We are happy to provide you with tracking numbers so you can check in on your order as it is in transit. Leaderpromos.com insures all orders unless otherwise specified by the customer.

We can also split shipments to different cities or branch locations. Ask your Leaderpromos account representative for details.

I need my order fast, what about rush services?
Rush production and shipping is available for many of our items, often at little or no additional cost. Look for the one or three-day rush options in the item description or ask your Leaderpromos rep about expediting your order.

Can I ship my order internationally?
Leaderpromos.com can accommodate international orders and they are shipped through the international divisions of UPS, Federal Express and DHL. Larger international orders are handled by our in-house import team utilizing ocean or express air freight.
